These terms explain how TDER.app works for customers and drainage engineers. By using TDER.app you agree to these terms.
Posting a job
Customers can post drainage jobs on TDER.app free of charge. You do not need to create an account to post a job. You are responsible for providing accurate information about the work required.
Pricing and payment
TDER does not set the price for your job and does not process or hold customer payments. You agree the price and payment arrangements directly with your chosen engineer. Engineers pay a monthly subscription to use TDER.app; customers are not charged a fee to post.
Engineers
Engineers are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, qualifications and insurance information. Verification by TDER indicates that information has been reviewed; it does not guarantee the outcome of any work. Engineers must hold appropriate qualifications and insurance for the services they offer.
Use of the platform
You must not post misleading, unlawful or inappropriate content. TDER may remove content or suspend accounts where these terms are not met. TDER acts as an introduction platform and is not a party to any contract between a customer and an engineer.
Commercial services
Commercial procurement, contractor compliance and company accreditation are handled through TDER's commercial registration system. For more information visit TDER.co.uk.
